Blind parts and accessories
Replacement vertical louvres, operating wands, chains, brackets, bottom weights and clips — the small parts that put a working blind back into service instead of into a skip. Everything here is listed against the fabric or system it belongs to, so what arrives matches what is already on the window.

Why our parts and accessories service is right for you
Repair the blind you already own
A split slat, a snapped chain or a lost wand does not mean a new blind. Most of what fails on a vertical or a roller is a part you can slide out and swap in a couple of minutes.
Slats sold by fabric, not by guesswork
Replacement louvres are listed under the fabric they belong to, so a new slat matches the ones either side of it instead of standing out as the obvious repair.
Both common widths covered
Vertical louvres come in 89mm and 127mm. Measure an existing slat across its face before ordering — it is the single thing people get wrong.
Or let us look at it
If a headrail is bowed or a mechanism has gone, bring it up at an appointment. It is often cheaper to replace one blind than to keep feeding parts into it.
Finance options available. We offer flexible ways to pay so a whole-house refresh doesn't have to land in one go. Your advisor will talk you through what's available at your appointment.

Three measurements that save a return
Almost every accessory that comes back to us was ordered off a guess. Two minutes with a tape avoids it.
Slat width
Take an existing vertical louvre off the headrail and measure across its face. It will be either 89mm or 127mm. Anything between those two figures means you have measured a curled edge — flatten it and try again.
Drop
Measure from the hook hole at the top to the bottom of the slat, including the weight pocket. Replacement louvres are cut to that length, so a slat ordered short cannot be rescued afterwards.
Fabric name
If the blind came from us, the range name is on your paperwork. If not, send a photo in daylight against a white surface — it is usually enough for us to place the weave and the colour.
